			<summary type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Our beloved Belle ran off after a deer early yesterday morning.&nbsp; We have posted signs around the naighborhood and have canvassed the neighborhood.&nbsp; She is a black (with white chest), 10 year old cocker spaniel.&nbsp; She had a red collar on.&nbsp; PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE keep your eyes out for her and call us if you see her- 770-366-5632.&nbsp; She is very friendly and loving and a member of our family.&nbsp; She was last seen Sunday, December 6th @ 5 am on Cranberry Trail.</p>]]></summary>

			<summary type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Hello everyone, <br />I am new to the site, and thought I would give it a try. I am having a garage sale Saturday, Nov. 28th at 8:00 A.M. Some of the things I have for sale include a tv that is working, an oak entertainment center, an older but working HP computer with speakers, tan leather couch, many paintings and framed art, iron candelabra that fits in a fireplace, fashion hand bags and clothing, some never worn, lamps, and more. 			<title type="html"><![CDATA[Does the new Ampitheater seem too loud to anyone?]]></title>

			<summary type="html"><![CDATA[<p>This past weekend, there has been a lot of very loud music coming, I think, from the ampitheater.&nbsp; Does the noise bother anyone else?&nbsp; It doesn&#039;t seem fair to hear a live band booming in my house in the suburbs.</p>]]></summary>

			<summary type="html"><![CDATA[<p>We had an ipod stolen from our garage last night (7/5/09). This is a reminder to keep your doors locked, garage doors down and be alert for suspicious activity!</p><p><strong>Update:</strong> We have learned that other items have been taken from at least 1 other home recently. Please notify the HOA &amp; police if you have had any items stolen from your property. Working together, we can make our neighborhood a safer place!</p><p><strong>Update 2:</strong> Check out the comments from neighbors from the home page.</p><p><strong>1. If you do your asking for trouble. People walk around at night. We have caught people walking up to our open garage late at night. We sometimes open the door and sit in the garage with lights off for kicks. We have caught these different people many years ago before I put metal garage doors. These people are not kids either but adults. I advise you replace your unsecure garage doors with heavy metal doors. Secure your home!</p><p><strong>2. Sarah Reza&nbsp; |&nbsp; July 13th, 2009 at 3:43 pm</strong></p><p>My work laptop was stolen from our minivan (it was hidden) and my husband’s TomTom was stolen from his truck. We think it happened while our vehicles were parked in the driveway, and we’re meticulous about always locking the doors. I did report everything to the police, and we have no idea when/how it happened, as there was no evidence of break-in on either vehicle. The garage door note posted above is good advice.</p><p><strong>3. anon.&nbsp; |&nbsp; July 14th, 2009 at 7:25 pm</strong></p><p>We had our unlocked cars broken in to twice last week. The thieves took cash and lottery tickets… they left other valuable items. We notified the police and we have also caught the thief on camera which has also been submitted to the police. Jenny&nbsp; |&nbsp; July 14th, 2009 at 10:00 pm</strong></p><p>Is there any chance of supplying the HOA with a screenshot of the video that we can post?</p><p>Hopefully other neighbors will heed these stories and prevent a similar incident from happening to them!</p><p><strong>5. Jennifer&nbsp; |&nbsp; July 15th, 2009 at 5:06 pm</strong></p><p>Someone actually came around to back screened in porch this morning at 4:40 a.m. I believe they were after my bike, which I stupidly left sitting out there. [Didn’t think it was visible. Obviously they are getting braver.] Fortunately, the motion detector on door must have scared them away. I also filed a police report. The officer did not mention other break ins. Obviously, we have a problem here, folks. We need to work together to stop these people as this could escalate. I would be interested in seeing the video as well. Thanks.</p><p><strong>6. After reading these posts, I am really concerned. But my thought is we need to take real action. I believe, if one is not already in force, we need to implement a neighborhood watch. I would be more than happy to contact the appropriate police authorities and set up a meeting if nobody else has done this. Please advise.</p>]]></summary>
