About
The Kensington Square Residents Association origin dates back to 1994. A group of us got together to form our association to accomplish a number of things:

- To create a way for all of us to get to know one another, and to share information through regular meetings and periodic newsletters.
- To prevent future crime or vandalism through a Neighborhood Watch, as well as control such issues as cars speeding through our neighborhood or other potentially dangerous situations.
- To attend city council meetings which deal with issues having any effect on our neighborhood or property values.
- To beautify the entrance to our neighborhood by installing electric meters, entrance lights, and re-landscaping completely, and to have regular landscape maintenance done.
- To have neighborhood events, such as an annual block party in summer, a spring and fall neighborhood garage sale, holiday lights contest, beautiful yard contest, etc.
- To preserve, enhance, and increase the property values of our homes.
We have succeeded in several of our initial objectives, but for several years now, we have needed new leadership and energy to help us continue to be a strong association. Now it is time for each of us to get involved.
The Residents Association would like to hear from you! We want to know what you think. Send us your comments, suggestions, and concerns. We also want to update our list of residents. Please include your remarks with your yearly dues payment, or send us an e-mail.
